"Absolutely my new favorite hotel. The architecture and interiors of El Fenn are outstanding, and the service is amazing. We arranged airport pickup in advance, then escorted directly to the hotel which is convenient to all restaurants and sights within the Medina. We arrived early (like 7am) and as our rooms were not yet available, we enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop and after a tour of the property, were given a large suite to rest and freshen up. The staff was always available and were helpful to arrange a car service, hammam appointments, a tour guide, and answer all of our questions. Our room was comfortable and clean, and especially cozy with a small fire every evening before bed. The children had a smaller room, but it also had a fireplace, large bathroom, and the WiFi was excellent (teenagers). They have thought of all the little details at El Fenn that make a hotel experience exceptional. "
