"The rooms at the Coach House are a good size they are spotlessly clean have stayed here over 20 times and never had a problem. The staff are lovely pleasant informative and friendly. The bar is good as its a pub it also a restaurant the food is lovely okay portions and very tasty. Where the Coach House is situated is excellent the Cathederal is facing and there are lovely places to eat and just short walk are the shops in beautiful old black and white structures. I would recommend anyody to stay here i am staying again at Christmas time as the Christmas market is outside of the hotel."

"Lovely luxurious hotel with lots of beautiful areas to sit in. Gorgeous outside area of the suns out. Straight opposite the railway station. We had breakfast at the pub on the opposite corner which worked out cheaper. Only downside is the parking but there was plenty of spaces at the front of the hotel where you can park free for 20 minutes and pop in the hotel with cases. There is a sign at reception to scan the QR code and put in the location and pay for the parking online. The car park is through the archway and cost is £17 for 24 hours on a Sunday. The walk into town is about 15 minutes but if you come out of the hotel and go left and then left again you will come to the canal which is nice to walk alongside into town. Chester is beautiful and well worth the visit."

"Lovely establishment. Old, charming, lovely aesthetic. When turning the tap on, flushing the toilet, shower or the likes: a tremendous bellow from the waterworks that reverberated and often stirred randomly in the middle of the night to wake us. What you expect from an old building? Perhaps."
