「Stayed 2 nights here and its a gorgeous place to stay. Staff are friendly Room was fine and the kitchen is good I had an issue first morning with the hob not working. I called reception and within 5 minutes a maintenance guy fixed it ,fantastic service. Id definitely stay there again.theres a park and ride 5 minutes walk away that gets you into Cambridge for £2 ,」

「I cannot expect more given the hotel is a four-star hotel. I would recommend the hotel to my friends as it stands out among its peers in Cambridge! The only area of improvement is the shower head which was difficult to manage. One of the concierge staff has gone a step ahead in serving guests. I forgot to ask his name.
