「The check-in is slow, inefficient and chaotic which wasted so much of our time and caused lots of inconvenience. The staff is aware of the issue but didn’t show any concerns or try to help the situation.
The room is in reasonable shape but the lack of amenities for a Hilton is unacceptable. This is a hot summer here in Cambridge and they don’t even have a fridge in the room?!
Don’t expect to have coffee in the room either because they don’t have a coffee maker here… just tea bags and cheap...

「Great check in experience. Got there before 1pm and my room was ready. The staff ran through all I needed to know about the hotel and virtually took me to my room.
The room was clean and comfortable, which had a small kitchenette. Nice to have a Nespresso machine, great touch. I had a great nights sleep in a lovely bed, what more could you want. The shower was easy to use even for me! You push a button and works! Brilliant.

「雖然是一間小型酒店，但房間整潔舒適，附近有便利商店和少許食肆，還有巴士到市中心，真的很方便。酒店的房價不算特別便宜，但包了早餐，是半自助的，選擇不多，而且不會添加，反而它的即叫即煮早餐(都是免費的）就很豐富了，很飽肚啊！酒店職員也很友善，主動幫我把行李搬上二樓（可能我是女士，這裡又沒有電梯），我們有問題時，他又很樂意解答，因此我很滿意這酒店的服務。」

「Booked the comfort triple room with private bathroom, on arrival we were shown to a twin room and a single room, without private bathroom. When we quieried this the barman said they don’t have triple rooms with private bathrooms so I showed him the booking I made along with this room still being advertised.
