"The hotel is beautiful and clean. The Garden House for dinner is a must! The staff was wonderfully accommodating and the location is central in Cambridge. "

"The property is run virtually staffless. The is no reception, requests for replenishing towels, toilet roll and toiletries by WhatsApp were ignored. They changed key codes for the bedroom without notification which meant making phone calls just to enter the room. Would not recommend to anyone. It seems more like a student hostel than a hotel. Requests for parking instructions were also ignored meaning we parked in the station carpark at considerable expense. "
