「The pub was in an ideal location and although on a busy road, we were not bothered by any traffic noise. The staff seemed rushed off their feet and we waited a while for our food with no offer of being able to order another drink whilst we were waiting. However, this has not put us off returning as the food and accommodation was excellent and the staff were very friendly.」

Walkable to bus, local train and Dunster Castle. Our room was great with view of the Village. Will definitely stay again and do more in the Exmoor National Park as the Park Info Center is right in the town. Easy access to Minehead and start of the South West Coastal Path.」

It is clear that the premises had not been subjected to a health and safety impact assessment. For example, the showers were in the bath and no non-slip mats were provided.
