「Amber was amazing. We came in after hours and she had our room opened for us. She is super friendly and communicated with us throughout our travels making sure we were ok and understanding the check in process. The room was super clean, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. We will be returning」

「If you’re booking this property, be sure to verify that you’re reserving a room in the hotel and not the motel. Unfortunately, our room was very dated and looked nothing like the photos shown online. We also found that there were no guest laundry facilities available, despite the listing stating that laundry services were offered. Be aware that the rooms are quite noisy. A train passes by multiple times throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, our experience did not match...

We met Whitney, the owner, when we checked out and she was so genuinely appreciative of us choosing her motel over so many other choices at Old Orchard Beach.」

「Be aware of this place if you take a lap dog, they will frame and charge you for "dog poop". I have a well trained dog that has been traveling with me for years and has his own bed. This is incredibly infuriating they said there was dog poop in the bed. So where did my husband and I sleep? I even returned to the room because I left my car keys when checking out and I moved all the covers from the bed to find the keys. 「Me and my wife didn’t like it all. It was dirty, refrigerated had mold on it. We took pictures. And we plan on calling the health department, asking how the past inspection. We gave the keys back and left and tried to get my money back but no success. We booked another hotel which was 100% better」

「Superb location. Easy and beautiful walk to downtown to avoid all the parking hassle there. Staff is out of this world and the breakfast, we want to go back just for that!!!」

「Pool was sketchy, didn’t have a chlorine smell so that made me feel like it wasn’t cleaned, listed as heated but I’m sure it just sits out in the heat. Other than that room was fine only thing that stood out was the bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned.」

The front desk was not staffed at all times so check in was slowish, I needed to call and checkout before 8am they didn’t have anyone at the desk which made it confusing on where to put the keys. 」
