「Fantastic location on the beach. Friendly staff. Loved the area. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the shower was tiny. 」

「Room never got cleaned during our stay as far as I could tell. The handout said there would be light housekeeping every day and full housekeeping half way through our 4 day stay. We arrived on a Wednesday and the next day we got fresh towels and new trash bags. That was it. We left on sunday with the bathroom trash full to yhe top and a bathtub full of dirty towels. On the plus side the staff was very pleasant and the parking was close to the room.」

We arrived preseason and the hotel had only been open a week so there was still some things that needed touching up i.e. still air in water pipes, hot water slow to come out, banister and railing on room deck wasn't sturdy and roof over deck needed a good power washing and chairs on deck needed repai or replace. Overall a nice stay and I would stay again.」

We lived it here in this family run lodge, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, great free breakfast provided, swimming pool and fire pit with wood and chairs all ready for you…… and to top it off - the Northern Lights made a show!! 「This building is very close to the road. Noisy. We had a first floor room. When upstairs people walked around the floors creaked. No instructions for TV and heat. Had to call for wifi password. Desk is only manned from 8-5 in another building. Was listed as a bed and breakfast but only had coffee.」

「We had a terrible stay at the Alouette resort. The room was run down, walls were thin, shower never got hot after 30min. Sheets and pillows smelled like they were not laundered. Reviews said free breakfast we were never offered and had to pay for Luke warm weak coffee. The gentleman at the front desk was very dismissive about the shower water, giving all kinds of excuses instead of apologizing for it. The woman who checked us in was very nice tho. Photos on Expedia are misleading only showing...
