「Clean Inn, friendly staff, close to town, great value for the price」

「We got in late; left early. It is very convenient to the Portland airport and easy to find. The facility is very new—it still has that “new carpet smell” in the halls. Our room was clean, the towels were soft and fresh, there were quality toiletries, and two ginormous TVs (which we didn’t use). The bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Our room had dual blackout shades—a nice touch. Parking was plentiful, although there is no covered entrance if it’s raining (it was), which would have...

「The host was super sweet and helpful. This place has everything that you need, and if you need more, she will likely figure out a way to get it to you. It’s a cute place, not fancy- quaint and the location is perfect. It was just what we were looking for.」

「Loved everything about it Except the room wasn’t that clean. There was chips on the floor. And it looked like the sheets were not changed. There is hair and sand in the bed. The room was very damp other than that they have a great little courtyard that you can use a grill. They have a great pool and then it is 60 second walk to the beach so that is very highly convenient so love everything about it except for our room the best」

「I had a very disappointing experience. Although I booked through Expedia, the property canceled my reservation, claiming there was a payment issue, even though my booking had been confirmed. While I was driving, I was first told another room was available, then later informed there was no room after all. Instead of trying to help, the owner blamed me for the situation and ended the call abruptly. Thankfully, I found another hotel that treated me much better. I would not stay here again.」
