"Hyatt Place in general is a good value. This location is no exception. A great staff, clean and comfortable room, above average breakfast, and a dependable airport shuttle."

"The staff was great - patient, helpful, unintrusive. The room was decently clean except the remote for the TV - it had visible grime that I had to scrub to remove with an antibacterial wipe. This Days Inn is a MOTEL, not a hotel like most Days Inns. It is a very convenient drive to the GICC. It is also very close to an airport, so if noise bothers you, this might not be for you. AC worked well. The breakfast literally consisted of coffee (most important breakfast item in the U.S.) and individually wrapped muffins - the end."

"My experience at Spring Hill Marriott was more than 5 stars, I give it 100 stars. Everything from the young women at the front desk that gave me my key, to the kitchen staff, I felt like I was home with family. I can honestly say that I have NEVER in my life received such excellent service and because of that, I will always stay at a SpringHill Marriott when I go on vacation. The entire staff were so sweet and kind to the point that I hugged the breakfast team when I was leaving. I LOVE THIS HOTEL. My family will and never stay anywhere else!!"

"Staff - from the valet/doormen to the lobby clerk, all were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Having the Starbucks in hotel was a game changer! No going out, what I wanted was an elevator ride away. The in hotel restaurant with good food was also a win. Convenient to the convention center and train to the airport. I have nothing bad to say about my stay!"

"Pool was full of leaves at top and bottom of pool water. Had to ask fir someone to come clean ip so it could be used by us and our guests. Also had to request towels. A maintenance man came to drop a pool cleaning device in to vacuum and another came to use net to clean surface. A customer should not have to request this to be done..Facility manager needs to be evaluated as their is big opportunity for improvements. Overall input is that the property appears tired and staff levels low. It may be ok for business travelers who are in and out working all day. This property is most certainly not a destination location for a stay to enjoy amenities. Cafe/Restaurant/Bar are staffed by a single person, two at most in restaurant only. Staff are friendly but limited in what they can provide to reach exceptional customer service on an ingoing basis."
