"Very Clean room, spacious from my family of 5. They provided everything we needed, washer, utilities, and cookware. The staff was helpful and there was no confusion or miscommunication. They really need to advertise they give their guests a free Yakuta!. I wore it every night specially in the heat of August."

"고베역에서 도보 10분? 거리에 있는 호텔인데 근처에 편의점 많고 돈키호테가 바로 앞에 있어서 지내기 좋았음 온천도 상주직원이 직접 라커키를 주는 시스템 좋았다! 근데 개인수건 가지고 들어갔는데 내가 탕에 들어가있는동안 누가 내 수건 훔쳐감 이거말고는 좋은기억만 있는 호텔"

"We booked this hotel 6 months ago and asked for a quiet room. They put us next to a family with a constant crying baby in and out of their room and balcony banging around. It amazes me that they had 6 months to manage our request!! However the room itself was really nice and an amazing outlook over to the sea. The breakfast was average. We did go to the roof Terrace twice for a drink and found the head bar man unhelpful and unfriendly. We asked to try the house wine which comes by the glass before ordering but were faced with a rather direct and blunt ‘NO’ which we found awkward. Not a great experience and the hotel ultimately misses out on business."
