「The property was nice. I thought I reserved a king suite Turns out it was a queen studio. Which was way too small. The air conditioning in was off. Took a couple of hours to cool. Overall it was ok」

「We stayed in an efficiency, clean but a little out dated. The pictures were accurate but some of the description was a little misleading. A few suggestions: change the table chairs (seat cushions were stained, gross), add a luggage rack, install fillable shampoo/soap bottles that attach to shower wall, and add a few dinner bowls to the room (bought cereal but couldn’t have it). Also, please list to bring beach chairs, umbrella and towels. I know they could be rented nearby but I have at home and...

Photos usually tells you more than what actually is, in this case, the photos did not do justice to the super spacious, comfortable, and great apartments you will get. If you want to spend some great days enjoying the magnificent beach and property amenities, book this place asap!」

「The property is gorgeous and we loved our stay. Sarah at the office was so lovely and welcoming and really helpful. The surrounding area is beautiful and we loved turtle grill restaurant and bar and Siesta Key beach is a must visit. We loved the free bus service. The hot tub was wonderful and the bed was so comfy. The only reason i gave the property a 4star is because its a bit tired but they have a maintenance guy working there 24/7.. also one of our hot plates in our room did not work....and...

「This property was a perfect getaway. You are literally right on a private beach. Nokomis beach is right down the road or beach. North jetty for fishing. We saw manatees swimming right down the beach. This was an amazing stay in an amazingly beautiful area of south Florida. I cant wait to return. My only regret is not staying here longer.」

「It was really close to the beach and a lot of the activities that we were doing it was less than 30 minutes away the only thing was it needs to be upgraded a little maintenance .And it needs new bedding it says non-smoking but are blankets was full of cigarette holes it was I will stay again. really good price」

「The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. 」
