「We loved the charm of the property, it has a lot of character and is close to the river to do sight seeing on the tour boats and express boats. The Thai breakfast at Focal local was amazing every day and the staff were super helpful and kind. Thank you so much, we loved our stay here.」

「the best hotel i‘ve ever stayed in」

「everything is perfect!」

「28 Place was perfect for us. It was not in a touristy area which was great. There was a market on the street in front every morning and a market at night at the end of the street. We had fresh fruit and chicken skewers every morning for around $200 baht. It’s right close to the blue line so it was easy to get anywhere we wanted. Laundry onsite was a great bonus. Highly recommend it.」

「We loved our stay and would recommend it.」

「Overall is great, the view from the top pool is gorgeous. It is new and everything look class and clean. The breakfast is so yummy, I am so happy I have it included with our trip. It is not close to public transportation, but hotel have tuk tuk and boat to offer. Which is great. But we are 4 travelers so we call Grab all the time. We enjoy our stay a lot , thanks 」
