「Clean and quiet」

「I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. We waited in the car. Finally at 3:35 she was done. We go in and got settled. We had to tiptoe in the room bc the floors were wet. There...

「Our room was clean and comfortable. Heat & cooling controls were easy to operate. Amenities were very good. It felt like an oasis with private parking right at our door and outdoor seating. Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest. We highly recommend a stay here. 」

「1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7. 「Our stay was amazing. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.」

「This was a last minute stop over on a long drive back home. The hotel appeared to be fairly new and is surrounded by several other hotels. The check in and breakfast was top notch. We even received a welcome bag with waters and bag of cookies. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub which is adjacent to the pool. Very nice!」
