"What a lovely place, it’s so convenient, the downstairs cafe is the best, and the price is very reasonable. The hotel’s stuff is very helpful and kind. "
"The place was really special, located in the Hutongs near all the cool food streets, Bei Hai park and other great spots.
The room was a little small for us with no place for the luggage, but overall it was a great and authentic experience. "

Sheraton Grand Beijing Dongcheng Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"My stay was nothing short of exceptional. The room was impressively spacious and impeccably clean. Mornings were a delight thanks to the extensive breakfast buffet, featuring a wide array of culinary options from flavorful local dishes to classic American favorites. Special mention must be made of Yummy Restaurant where the food and service provided were exceptional. The hotel’s location close to the major landmarks are a major bonus. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!"
Beijing Le Zai Nan Luo Gu Xiang Wang Fu Jing Forbidden City Courtyard Hotel
10/10 Excellent

From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was perfect. The staff were attentive, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient. We highly recommend this hotel." "
"The staff and service are remarkable, they help us anytime we needed (booking a driver for the Great Wall, tickets and transportation in general).
Food it’s okey, nothing special but clean
Also the room it’s great, very comfortable.
My unique observation is that the hotel is kinda old, and on one of the corners of the room had dust accumulated, also the strainer in the bathroom had bad smell, but with te extractor it was gone"
"Highly recommend this hotel!
They allow early check-in if rooms are available—I arrived at 10 AM and was able to check in, even though the official check-in time is 2 PM.
They accept takeout and package deliveries, which is super convenient. I ordered over 10 packages during my stay. If you’re not in the room, the front desk will hold them for you 24/7—you can even pick them up at midnight. They’ll also deliver packages directly to your room without asking for tips.
The hotel has a large parking lot, and the fee is very affordable.
Free fruit, snacks, and attentive service make the stay even better.
The hotel is a bit dated, but everything else exceeded my expectations!"
Beijing Tangfu Nanluoguxiang Wang Fu Jing Forbidden City Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This property is located right in the middle of some Hutongs. It is surrounded by amazing shopping with tons of local food and shops. It is even close to many historical locations such as the forbidden palace and Tiananmen square. Even though the surrounding area, the rooms are quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the street. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but they are clean. They offer inexpensive laundry services every day, which is hard to find when traveling China. Also, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They were always willing to answer questions and solve problems. One staff member, Lucy, even helped me order a power bank from her personal account and had it delivered right to the hotel within an hour. Amazing! Highly recommend staying here. (Note: When searching for this hotel on a map, it is called the Tangfu Boutique Hotel.)"
"Check-in went very well. Staff was super helpful. I asked many small questions about things like currency exchange, food, delivery, etc.. and they were very very helpful. Breakfast had a good mix of food.
I had forgotten about seeing showers as a closed-in space within a single room, but this was the only oddity that I found.
My driver would not go down the narrow road to the hotel, but it was a short and easy walk down the narrow Road to number 46.
Food options in the courtyard outside were also excellent. Had a beer and aFood options in the courtyard outside we’re also excellent. Had a beer and a burger and was very happy."
