"We stayed here for one night. The room was okay, and the location was convenient, with several places within walking distance. The lady who checked us in was very nice, but the morning front desk experience was disappointing. We asked about a late checkout from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM as Hilton members, and while I understand it is not guaranteed, the response felt dismissive. I also needed a quiet space for a quick work call and was told nothing was available, so I had to take it in the open lobby while cleaning was happening and carts were being moved around. Later, my husband noticed a guest business center with two monitors and a printer. When I asked about it, I was told her manager had told her guests could no longer use it, even though it looked fully functional. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the morning service and lack of clear communication left us disappointed."

"Nice hotel. Definitely a long term friendly spot. It seems the longer you stay the better rate you get. Had an issue with the tv, when we first turned it on it was at max level-it was 10.40 pm, if took a few minutes to lower the volume due to a problem with the remote and in that short period of time someone contacted the front desk to make a noise complaint and someone knocked on our door. Price was good. Would have preferred a little closer to the city of Detroit, but the prices downtown were very high. It was close to the Ford museum which I would definitely recommend. We also played some Fowler, where you throw a football at bowling pins and the first person to knock them all down wins-it was a little drive to get there from the hotel, but I felt worth it. We saw a Tigers game, the stadium was nice. Used Spot Hero and got an underground garage spot near the stadium for $20."

"The experience I had was not entirely the facility's fault. My neighbors were loud, disruptive, and disrespectful. From the different voices, there were at least 5 inside the room. They were slamming doors, talking in raised voices, and listening to the television at high levels. Then someone got angry, and they began yelling, cussing, arguing, and stomping around. I was told the desk spoke to them a couple of times throughout the evening. Once I am asleep, I am fairly sound, but they woke me up just before 1 am, again at 2 am, and yet again at 3 am. I tried to call the desk, but no one answered, and there is no voicemail for desk services. When I finally spoke to the desk, to complain about the events, immediately the desk clerk said, "Oh, room ###. Yeah, we received a few complaints about them." I told them I tried to call, I was told they 'did not hear the phone ring." "It may have been when they went to talk to the room." I guess I should be thankful. I had to get up at 3:30 am anyway,..."

"Hotel is outdated and gross. Even my 10-year-old said she could tell by looking at the building that it was gross. We walked into our room and was blasted with chemical smells and the window was open. 3 of the 4 of us had headaches by the time we left to go eat. At dinner we decided to get a different hotel. We went back to get our stuff, and the room was still pungent. The carpet was worn and gross. The walls looked like they had years of condensation lines. The overall atmosphere was not good. I suggest paying the higher price and stay somewhere that is much better. When we checked out, we told the employee that we had just checked in a few hours ago and would not be staying. He didn't ask us any questions, just took the key card back. Not impressed."
