「We stayed in a deluxe double room, for one night, overlooking the car park but it was very quiet and spacious. Room and bathroom was very clean (except under the bed!). We only found out it was not vacuumed because we had to move the bed as we thought something of ours had rolled under it. The carpet was very dirty and lots of food on it etc. I suggest the cleaners move the bed to vacuum. Staff are very friendly and efficient especially reception and bar. 「Room was freezing cold, no heating on, kettle didn't work. They did offer to change our room but other room was also unheated. As check in is 2pm.We checked in at 4.40pm 14th Feb, room was icy cold. Hot water was temperamental. Room should have bern warm & water hot, Hubby had cold shower i gave that a miss.should be heated by then」

「I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....
