「Un accueil soigné dans un cadre très agréable 」

「Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. 「Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

「Mi estancia fue tal como lo había planeado, necesitaba un lugar como este, tranquilo, y como si cada rincón te contara una historia. Desde que entras en la finca te sientes transportado a otra época. Para mí fue muy gratificante y me gustó el ambiente. 「My two friends and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The owners and their sons were kind and personable. Our room was a generous size and the bed and bath linen were high quality. It was wonderfully clean and warm. We will visit again. Also, it was within walking distance to the Goya Museum and the downtown core. 」
