「The cottage was restful, charming, clean, airy, and comfortable. Our host was welcoming, informative, helpful. Our breakfast was delicious and it was so pleasant to share the table in the main house with other travelers. When we needed a few things for the house, help was swift in coming. We could easily have stayed longer!」

「Stayed in 410. There was a noise from the roof all night long. The room’s entry way was sticky and the glasses in the room were dirty. Probably best to offer disposable cups. The room was modern, not like the old tired rooms you find at other hotels in town. I really wanted to give this new establishment a 5 star rating but because of the noise all night long, I cannot. When we first checked in the front desk was very kind and helpful. Offered us a drink of our choice and offered free play...

「Very well maintained property in a quieter part of town. Within easy walking distance of downtown attractions. Starla was very personable and had lots of great suggestions for restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again if in the area! Thanks!」

「The rooms are recently renovated. We especially liked our large bathroom. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had parking in the back. This hotel has a good amount of slot machines too. But the #1 feature, is the location of the hotel. It is right across from Outlaw Square and the Silverado. We were able to sit on the balcony with a private bartender and enjoy the free concert. Definitely, will be looking for good rates at the historic Franklin again!」
