「The location is amazing. So many restaurants and shops. Easy access to Blue line train. Great neighborhood! The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was primarily baked goods that were dry and almost seemed like day olds. An egg frittata was served twice which was a great addition but it was flat like a pancake and cold. 「The staff are very enthusiastic, and both the bar and the restaurant are quite good. However, the sound insulation of the windows is very poor, so the sound of the subway outside is very clear. Additionally, the noise from the heating in the room is also quite loud. 」

「Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...

「The room did not look like the photos used online- later found that the photos used were of newly renovated rooms in the building. Theirs is no parking like it claims as well, had to park on the street and pay for street parking and it was terrifying as a female alone walking back from my car at night.」

「Not traditional hotel. Cozy and stylish one. 10 minutes walk to Clake/ Lake CTA station which directly go to airport. A pretty good choice for medium priced accommodation in a high living cost city like Chicago. 」
