The breakfast was excellent and you can choose what you like from their cooked breakfast list the night before.The village of Buckfastleigh is very nice and you have the Abbey and moors on your doorstep. 「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」
