「When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After several minutes, a man finally came and I found him a tad rude and unapologetic. Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. I do hope that there are cameras in the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area for insurance...

「Rm clean, excellent staff, breakfast ok only . I wished they add bacon and egg has no taste.」

「Great stay, the only minor thing was the shower head, which probably needs to be replaced. Other than that, everything was very good and in a good location.」

「The property was not right on the beach, but it was a short walk. The hotel offered a nice hot breakfast, and provided parking. Tanisha and her staff are amazing. The room were great for a family stay. If you are looking for a great value, and convinces that you have in a home to support your family vacay this hotel is perfect.」

「The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back...

「Our room was clean and comfortable, the balcony was also clean. The room had just a faint pleasant smell, I appreciated that there were no cleaning/chemical smells or weird smells anywhere here. Common areas and elevators were clean too, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay at this property again.」

「This hotel never disappoints. Every single time we go they are consistently one of our favorite hotels to stay in. From check-in to check out this hotel gets 10 stars hands-down. Looking forward to going back」
