"This was a good hotel stay! We loved the location and the apartment/house was nice. The door creaked a lot when going in and out and there was a creepy door as you walked in that was open the night we came back to the room. Still this was a good stay and everyone was pretty helpful."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Ryder Hotel! The location is fantastic and perfect for exploring Charleston, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were also great and the overall atmosphere was fun and welcoming. That said, our room was very small, and being located directly next to the elevator made it a bit less comfortable than we would have liked. Overall, though, the great location, friendly service, and amenities made for a nice stay."

"I think the property has the perfect location. Family friendly. Very nice!! Only thing I would say for the rooms is maybe use some air freshener... the room did smell a little musty... but not horrible for being on ocean."

"Great location, amazing beach, good pool. Our room carpet 627 felt damp all the time, but the room didn’t smell like mildew or mold so I’m not sure what the issue was from. The parking was plentiful and the front desk people were nice. Overall I would stay there again. For the price, it would be nice to get a breakfast of some sort, though."
