"The couches were dirty looking the ceiling in the bedroom looked bad and paint was off the wall in a corner of the room in the living room. The couches were definitely not good either clean them or throw them out. "

"Felt embarrassed by Breakfast staff First of all they have not issued my breakfast tickets when i checked in( for which i paid). And then when i went to have my breakfast and they asked for a ticket which i didnt have, then i said let me go and get the ticket Then the breakfast lady came running behind me and when i was talking to the receptionist, she was tell her that some thing like “not everyone will get breakfast” and ran inside to get manager By the time, the manager came and asked is there any problem, she gave me breakfast ticket after looking at my resrvation. I felt sooo embarrassed by that breakfast staff. Which i never felt like at any hotels Not even at motels."

"This property was nothing like it was advertised in the pictures on the expedia site or their site. I thought that this property was going to be nice, however it was not. The floors were dirty, the refrigerator didn't get cold, had an odor as well as rust inside of it. We had bedbugs in our bed. My daughter had a tiny bed like bug on her pillow, I then swiped the bed, and notice that it was blood. I had killed a bedbugs. The lamp didn't have proper lighting. I had to call maintenance to put a new light bulb in the tall lamp and a new sink stopper for the sink. After washing our hands the stopper would get stuck. After killing bugs in the bed, and being 😡. Here goes a HUGE water BUG. This property needs a major face lift from the rooms to the elevator. We were there for Mother's Day weekend. I reported everything to the front desk, once we left the room at 1:00 am. We didn't feel comfortable at all staying at this property. I was told that someone would contact me. It is now Tuesday 5/12/16 and I still haven't heard from the management team of this property. I would not recommend this property at all!!"
