"This hotel is one of my favorites. It is the perfect spot to see all of downtown Charlestown. The food is amazing!! We had room service two nights and the food was top notch and the staff who brought our food were the nicest. We used the valet parking and the young kid that helped us was just the sweetest. We needed extra shampoo one night and within five minutes of calling we had shampoo. Love everything about this hotel and would never stay anywhere else."
"The only good things that my family enjoys was the live band on the outside bar and the karaoke night at the lobby bar, far of the room experience it was terrible, mildew on the shower, poor ventilation, room carpet had a strong smell of mildew, I request a room change but nothing was available."

She genuinely made up for the lost sleep and inconvenience caused by the toilet, sink, and missed room service. Rebecca was incredibly pleasant and attentive, making me feel valued and never rushed. She's the main reason I chose to extend my stay with Hilton. She's a tremendous asset, and I'm so glad she's the first person I encounter when I arrive. "We have been going here every summer for years now. Sometimes the staff are hard to understand and the elevators are horrible. Elevators don’t have any type of air circulating through them. Overall this place is clean and safe for families. Love my Crown Reef "
