「Close to our destination」

「Nice place」

「When we traveled the wind gusts were intense so the power at the hotel went out for nearly 24 hours. It made getting ready the following day very challenging. The pool was also closed for the length of our stay which was very frustrating for our kids. I wish I would have known that prior to booking this hotel. Despite the power outage, the staff was very kind to our family offering lanterns, playing cards and coffee from a local coffee shop in the morning. 」

「I think we were upgraded but the room was not double checked - one shower was clean and the other one was not cleaned at all there was hair all over the shower floor and near the toilet as well. The room was very cold and the heating barely worked but thankful for the small heater.」

「Room was clean, had everything we needed. Was close to highmark stadium which was perfect for the Bills game. The rooms are simple, but very reasonably priced. We would stay here again! 」

「In desperate need of TLC. The door had a one inch space on the bottom. Had to stuff it with a towel. It would not close tight. The only place to hang your clothes was missing hangers and the bar to hange them on.」

「Room was not properly clean and the one thing that I went there for was the jacuzzi tub and it did not work did not hold water a complete waste of money after I checked in and found out that Jacuzzi tub didn’t work. I could not get in contact with anyone at the office around 9 o’clock. I was overcharged they asked for $100 even and like I said the the place was horrible. Complete waste of money.」

「With such price, with such service, facility and breakfast......I can’t say it was very good but I did make a good sleep.」

「Room and linens clean, nice to have refrigerator TV didn’t work and deadbolt was broken off (used a chair) As a whole run down and interesting clientele 」

「 Elevator sucked noise all night asked for a 60 dollar deposit called them earlier in the day told them I was working a storm arrived at2:00 am had to check-in on some machine and try to hear some lady on a screen I just couldn’t understand anything she was talking about 」
