「Lobby is the key feature...a few too many abandoned businesses on the street detract. Basic room was a bit plain. Chicken and biscuits delicious for breakfast but they were 20 minutes late the day we needed to depart.」

「Pros and cons. The property is very clean and physically comfortable. The breakfast is very nice. Be advised that this property is NOT in downtown Columbia, or in walking distance to it. Additionally, I specifically picked this place because it had a pool. The pool was closed due to an inspection issue. 「The room is a mess! The floor is all sticky, and the fridge keeps making this loud noise. But the worst part is bathroom, it’s disgusting. The shower is covered in hair and dust, it’s just nasty. I paid over 200 bucks for this? Seriously?」

「Valet and adjacent parking garages and lots are sketch. Had to safely in a garage 4 blocks away 」

「Check-in was at 3:00. No room ready until 4:00. Shower door wouldn't close, I had to wedge a washcloth into the door track to keep it closed. At breakfast, there were no knifes or salt packets 2 days in a row. Staff was not as helpful as we would've liked.」

「Staff was the kindest, most welcoming hotel staff I have ever come across. We had a mix up with our rooms in the beginning and they fixed it immediately and apologized a hundred times. They complimented our outfits at checkout, like come on!!! Rooms were clean, they have a nice bar and a small convenience store. 10/10. Would recommend.」
