「Lovely hotel breakfast was excellent can’t fault it One negative it’s a bit isolated」

「Great hotel, lovely food, friendly staff and a comfy bed.」

「The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. On my first morning, I was also disappointed with the breakfast experience. Some food items...

「Room was spacious and clean. Bonus having a fridge too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet was good, nice selection of options.」

「職員態度非常好，回普雷斯頓猶如回家一樣。」

「Clean room, fairly comfortable.」

「Absolutely lovely stay again the staff were friendly and were genuinely interested in your stay and ensuring you was having a great time. Rooms were spotless as always and was able to park with ease.」

「This was our second visit to Mytton Fold and as on our previous visit we found the hotel to be excellent. It is nicely located to take advantage on the Forest of Bowland, the lakes and Yorkshire. The food options in the bar and restaurant were excellent as were the breakfast options. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were of a good size and it was nice to have fresh milk in the fridge which was refreshed each day. To top it all it was very good value.」

「- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!」

「Didn't use the spa / gym so can only comment on hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable stay with courteous, helpful staff. The facilities were splendid and the food (dinner and breakfast) was very enjoyable and well presented. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others!」
