Rooms were comfortable and the rooftop bar was fantastic - especially the bar staff. Overall an excellent hotel with first-class staff.

Amazing staff!!! Emmy and Patricia excellent staff!!!

Good

Charming property towards the edge of town, designed with rooms around a pretty pool and garden area. Staff were all lovely and very helpful, though only a few spoke much English. Room was comfortable but the furniture was a little shabby. Restaurant was very good. It would help if hotel had a shuttle that could take you to and from the centre of town, but they do have bicycles which we used daily.

The rooms were very clean. People were nice and very polite.

Hotel was new, opened in early 2017. I was upgraded to a spacious room with a view of the pool. Bathroom was spacious and had both a shower and a tub and separate toilet. Bed was comfortable. Room has a small stocked fridge, coffee maker and safe. Closet had very limited storage space, basically two drawers, which may be adequate for a single traveler for a short stay. There was a linen storage space near the top but only accessible to a very tall person. Hotel was very nice, especially the...

Very, very nice hotel, spotlessly clean and well appointed suite room. Breakfast was amazing, the location is perfect and the staff is awesome. I've stayed here before and I'll definitely stay here any time I go to Vientiane. Thanks to Ton and Da at the front desk for all of their advice on what to do and where to go!

Everything perfect! I’ll be back soon :)

I enjoyed my stay here! It was clean, well appointed, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean with wonderful and helpful staff.

We are staying at hotel to apply visa to the Thai Embassy in vientian. It is just across the road. The staffs are all great, very kind. The room is not new but well maintained. Best hotel for the purpose of visiting Thai Enbassy.

I think it is the nicest place in Laos. There is NOTHING near the hotel so don't expect to go for a walk arround town without a ride. The Sushi resteraunt BLOWS but everything else is super nice. I am gonna get married there next year.

The Lao Poet is a gem. I highly recommend.

Me and my partners spent 4 nights here and we love it. The room is clean and good service and love the free breakfast. The only thing I not really happy is the laundry is a little too expensive.

Excellent staffing and property

Perfect location, close to the night market and many eateries. walkable to the Mekong river, massage places, temples, patuxai and interesting places around. Hotel staff is warm and welcoming. Loved my stay there. Rooms are spacious, clean with balcony.
