Clean, good foods, nice hotel, holiday Inn is my preferred choice anyway. We like it and and always have positive feeling when stay here. It s five star hotel. It a little bit pricey for Travellers that stay many days.

Great for layover stop

Stayed here to spend a night during a long layover. Not the most exciting location, but the hotwl was new, clean, and safe. The staff was professional and kind.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was an amazing stay. The check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable with two types of pillows for your preference. They have 24/7 room service which is perfect if you are jet lag and get hungry in the middle of the night or didnโ€™t eat enough during the day. The washroom was spacious, well stocked, and very clean. The products they use all smell very lovely! I brought my own but couldnโ€™t help myself in using theirs. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient and close to some restaurants if you donโ€™t want to eat at the hotel. Overall we loved our stay and wouldnโ€™t hesitate to book again.

I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Vientianeโ€” itโ€™s by far the best one Iโ€™ve stayed at! The hotel is new and very clean, the staff is quick and efficient, and room service was great. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, making for a restful stay. The gym, sauna, and steam room were a much-needed bonus. Iโ€™d definitely come back!

One night in Vientiane. Brand new hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond for me! I forgot my backpack in the taxi from the airport and they helped me retrieve it! They booked me a driver to take me around the city last minute when I asked and they offered professional and kind service. Also helped me book my train ticket to my next destination. Breakfast has a huge array of offerings. The pool is spotless and long, great for laps! Would stay again! A special thanks to Mek, Paro, Mee, Anna and Jack at the front desk!
