"The hot tub was out of order, and this was one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel. It would be great if the website could indicate when amenities that are promised are not available. Additionally, the hotel reception was not really friendly. The lady who checked me in seemed annoyed. She wasn't rude, but not very welcoming. I called the hotel desk later to request a blanket for the pull-out bed, since there was not one provided in the room. I had to call three times before anyone picked up and then when she answered, she said please hold. I held for several minutes before hanging up. We never got the blanket. Only one elevator was working. I did not try the breakfast or bar and grill, so no comments on that, other than the seating area looked nice. The room was clean, but the wifi signal was weak and kicked me offline or out of the show I was watching. "

"The room was as bare minimum as it comes. No blow dryer, ironing board, coffee maker- nothing I’m surprised it even had towels or sheets on the bed. The floor was dirty. The bed was harder than the floor and made my bones ache in a sharp pain as I tried to sleep. OH and the door did not lock from the inside- real good security. The toilet did not flush as it should which made it difficult to use the restroom after a full day of travel. The towels literally felt like sandpaper. There wasn’t even an alarm clock. No amenities at all. Really disappointed because I typically trust the Motel 6 brand. Was not worth the money I spent, I would go down the road and spend more money just to get a better nights sleep. "

"Hot tub was cold, maintenence had left for the evening and no one there k ew how to turn it on. It was the only filter i added in my search for the room. Oh, they charge $4.95 for a 20oz soft drink. The taff was polite and friendly, though. "

"There was no continental breakfast as stated in the advertisement. The hotel name is not what is stated on the advertisement. The bed was nice. The shower fan was extremely loud."

"Very outdated. Terribly uncomfortable bed. Arrived at 1:30 am after a long drive and keys assigned to our room didn’t work. Got new room. Asked hotels.com 4 days prior to arrival (and every day up until check in) to cancel for refund and they allegedly called the property who never answered to confirm refund. I got an email less than 4 hours after I checked in (in the middle of the night) that the option was removed bc I checked in. They couldn’t get a hold of the hotel over a 4 day span, but did *in the middle of the night* less than 4 hours after I checked in. "
