Our bedroom lamps were broken and being held up with black tape; the fridge barely cooled, microwave was in poor condition, the shower head was broken and shower curtain all tattered and ripped. Not was I was expecting from a Hampton.」

「The hotel is really great! It's location is easy to find and the room is big, everything is comfortable. I like it.」

「Everything was nasty, the beds the furniture, the pool was not even in working order. The pictures you see are not what they appear when you arrive for your stay. Think they let people live there. Next time I'll stick with econo lodge. Oh yeah no breakfast bar just coffee. Not what they say when advertising.」

Upon checking the rooms, they were filthy with roaches and the doors were left open so anyone could have entered prior to us. The bed accommodations did not match what we had booked and the pictures on the website are nothing like the property. People of all natures are walking about the whole time, there was yelling from the neighbors...

「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」
