「The boiled eggs were terrible, plastic like texture. However, the friendly service that the cook lady, Kimberly, provided was the best. She is an asset in that hotel. If we ever ho back to it, Kimberly will be the major factor. She is well loved by all guests.」

「Over-all. we had a very nice experience. The room was clean, and the bed was nicely made. Staff was helpful in talking about places to eat dinner. My improvement thoughts would be - 1. When arriving in our room the room smelled a somewhat negative odor. The room should smell clean upon a guest entering the room. Maybe something for the cleaner to spray in the room, maybe cleaning or changing a filter. 2. I needed to go to check-in to ask for some shampoo. 3. A clock in the room - even...
