Nous avons par exemple retrouvé un coton tige usagé au sol de la chambre, pas mal de cheveux un peu partout.... On nous avait indiqué un horaire de passage pour le changement de drap...qui n'a pas été respecté et c'est un peu gênant quand vous n'aviez pas prévu et que vous êtes par exemple encore en pyjama tranquille...」
