The hotel was perfect right from the moment our taxi pulled up to the front door. The desk man was right there helping with our luggage and was friendly and sincere. Check in was a breeze and our luggage brought to our room.Our room was just as advertised very spacious and modern. The hotel is right in the heart of the old town and just steps away from everything. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toulouse.

Lovely hotel and very well situated for all the sights, food and drink. Staff were really helpful and accommodating to ensure our needs were met and a comfortable stay was had. Clean, and exceptional air conditioning allowed a very comfortable stay during very hot weather. Good breakfast. Would highly recommend.

The water in the bath at the room was never warm - only luke/cold when using it in the morning. The was a lot of dust on things in the room. Aircondition in the room was a bit noisy, and the control panel stated filters needed maintenance. The view was not existing - a wall from the neighboring building 5-10 meters away. Anyway, the staff was very, very nice - friendly and helpfull

Loved this boutique hotel. Very friendly staff, walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. It’s a very clean, well appointed, cute place. The beds were comfy and I loved the pillows!!!!

We spent 4 wonderful nights, and all the employees were very friendly and assisted us on the places to visit. The rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Air conditioner worked extremely well. I would definitely recommend this hotel room all my family and friends. The location of the hotel is in the civic center were all the restaurants and near on the shops. Limited amount of vehicles in the civic center, other then bikes and motorcycles.

The location was perfect, accessible and full of character- shops and restaurants nearby as well as a quick walk to the Capitol area and in the front yard of St. S cathedral- beds were very comfortable and the towels soft and thick!

Great location close shops and station. Hotel is comfortable and a great place to stay. If we ever come back to Toulouse we would definitely stay again. Breakfast was ok plenty to eat if wanted. Staff were great and very helpful.

Perfect location to explore Toulouse. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was yummy but the best part of our stay was the staff! They are all wonderfully helpful and kind. Highly recommend!!

Had a great stay here. Room was very tidy and well equipped with a good coffee machine. We only stayed a day before moving out of the city for a wedding but could of easily stayed a long time in the room. Shower was very good and the bed comfy. The staff went above and beyond with answering questions about the city and gave a fantastic restaurant recommendation (L'Alouette). If we come back to Toulouse we will certainly stay here.
