「We stayed 2 nights before our Galapagos cruise and 1night after that. At the first stay, we received a special service and staff were. Very helpful and nice. The rooms were good and the breakfast was wonderful. But we were not so happy that the trash bin in the bathroom doesn’t have a lid… (we must trash toilet paper into the bin, not flush the paper into the toilet) and also there are no towel hangers for shower..
