「The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice」

「No existent property was a building site as the people had left 3 weeks before hand and left a mess builders were there we had to then find another hotel that took dogs which actually cost us a lot more than the original deal we had.
