Very friendly staff at all times. Room was comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. The evening entertainment was absolutely superb and definitely the highlight of oir stay. We would definitely stay at the Royal Boston Hotel again.

Hotel in good location. Parking available which was good. Breakfast was lovely although if small Kelloggs breakfast boxes available would make it even better. Room was very dated and need a refurb. Toilet seat was so close to wall you couldn’t sit comfortable. Room was clean as can be but need to decorate.

Rooms need updating, however this didn’t affect our stay, breakfast was served very quickly, staff were lovely, the lady that was on reception went above and beyond to help us with our room!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, good to have parking on site (booked in advance - fee payable, but that's the same everywhere) and a 24 hr bar. Very slight delay in checking in, but still given a free drink which was very much appreciated. Room had a sea view, and there was a really nice breakfast.

Stayed here a few years ago and was far better then. This hotel has gone down hill since. Bedroom very small, double bed not king size. Hotel seemed very empty. Will not be going back to this hotel.
