「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.」

「The from was recently redone, nice however upon checking in after 230 pm, the desk clerk said “ I am going to upgrade you to a larger room so you don’t have to wait for your room to be done” OK, funny since it was pretty late afternoon and the hotel wasn’t even 50percent full, got to the very nice room. 1st floor in a back corner and street level with our view of the passerby’s not 20 feet from our windows. A bit uncomfortable to me as anyone looking our way could easily see in. Curtains closed...

「This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs.
