Hotel is well located for visiting Ortygia with many nearby restaurants and shops. "

"This is a fabulous perfect hotel in a great location. The only fault I could find was that we ran out of tissues on day 2 of a 3 night stay and they were not replaced. It should have been caught but I also didn’t make a specific request. They were SO helpful with the car and directions—not an easy thing in that location"
