"Took my three children there ages 8-14 and we loved it! Spacious, great facilities for the kids and across the road from the beach.

"Really good value. Everything was new or great condition. The kitchen has an air fryer and electric frying pan. The pool is very nice but as we were so close to Black Rock we mostly swam at the beach.
The information provided by the hosts prior to our arrival was very useful.

Only issue i had was lack of communication. I didn't know how to get into property when we arrrived at airport as didn't get any email response to my query. I panicked and had to buy local sim so i could call locally and find how to access property. But once fixed, everything that followed was exceptional. Cleaner Jenny was super friendly. Thank you for the wonderful experience. "

"A little oasis in lush gardens, a lovely private pool area and all the amenities set up for a perfect laid back island holiday. Neil is a wonderful host and super helpful and friendly. We stayed in the upper level 2 bed apartments which is large, comfortable and perfect to chill on the huge balcony. Just perfect. Rarotonga is a beautiful island with loads of beach bars, restaurants and activities by day. A trip to Aitutaki is a MUST.
