「We love this place! This hotel is in a great location, it's extremely clean, it's beautifully decorated, the breakfast is marvellous and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming. We had the most fabulous stay and will definitely go back again!」

「Un hôtel particulier raffiné tenu par un couple adorable et accueillant. Tout est beau, typique de la classe britannique. La maison est spacieuse, cosy, la chambre magnifique. Tout est préparé avec soin. Le jardin est très mignon. L'hôtel est bien placé, près de plusieurs restaurants. Parking pratique privé. Petit déjeuner délicieux, typique écossais avec des produits de qualité, tellement bien cuisiné. Petit coup de coeur pour leurs deux chats magnifiques et accueillants. Une adresse à garder....

「The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. Great breakfast, and we also had dinner. I got lovely lasagna. The breakfast room looks lovely with a lot of paintings. Books are around, and a lot of small details. 「Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.」

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they even made us a lovely vegan English breakfast, which we really appreciated. We didn’t have time to explore Perth on this visit, but we’d happily stay at this hotel again when we return in the future.」
