"We had high expectations for Los Arcos, but the experience fell short. We originally booked the suite, which turned out to be extremely noisy. The hotel moved us to a smaller, less expensive room and assured us the price difference would be refunded through Expedia. When we contacted Expedia, they told us the hotel declined to adjust the booking cost. In the end, we paid the higher suite rate for a lower‑priced room. This was disappointing and not the level of service we anticipated from either Los Arcos or Expedia."

"Overall, this hotel was a pretty standard stay. The biggest highlight was definitely the location—being right across from the church made it very convenient and added to the experience. The pool was also a standout feature, and we really enjoyed the few hours we spent there. The terrace restaurant was a nice touch as well. That said, the rooms were average, and the bathroom felt below standard compared to expectations. The initial check-in experience wasn’t the most welcoming, as the staff seemed a bit short and disengaged. While there was construction happening outside, it didn’t directly impact our stay, though it may have contributed to the overall quiet atmosphere, as the hotel and restaurants were mostly empty. In comparison to other nearby hotels, where staff seemed noticeably more friendly, this one didn’t quite stand out in terms of service. Overall, it’s an okay option—nothing particularly remarkable aside from the pool and location."

"There is no elevator in this hotel. You have about 17 wide steps to climb to the entrance and then a very narrow staircase to get to the next floor for checkin. You can borrow a hair dryer from the front desk. Two three prong outlets in the room, otherwise it's a two prong. Ok to leave luggage for a few hours after you check out. Staff does not speak English. "
