「Friendly, helpful staff and lovely hotel in a good location. We received a family room which was good with separate bunk beds, making it more spacious than having a sofa bed. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Lots of selection, fresh and tasty and they kept replenishing it. 「The room is very nice and quiet, the room has good sound insulation, a garden balcony, and the scenery outside the window is charming. The front desk is very good and service is thoughtful，especially the hotel offers a lot of coupons, including a cable car ride on Albert Mountain Plateau ski resort, do BUS on Albert Mountain」

「Wonderful stay at the Schloss! Rooms are very clean with a ton of character. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. We loved the spa area with the sauna and pool. And we had two excellent breakfasts and two excellent dinners at their on site restaurant. Not to be missed!」
