Overall this is a wonderful property with a very good restaurant. The room was large and very nice. However, there was no AC or fan to push the air around. There were a lot of mosquitoes, so leaving a door or window open was not an option due to no screens. So my only suggestion would be to offer some type of fan during the summer stays

Das Hotel hat einen wahnsinnig schönen Ausblick in die Berge und ins Tal, welchen man beim Essen auf der Terrasse und Baden im Außenpool genießen kann. Es wird alles geboten was ein Sportler/Genießer sich wünschen kann. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und am Abend 5 Gänge Menü. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist ein Traum! Unser Zimmer war mit einer Infrarotkabine ausgestattet, hat man auch nicht jeden Tag. Endfazit- es bietet für jeden alles.

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Personal äusserst freundliche/aufmerksam und zuvorkommend (auch ggn. dem Hund). Das Gradonna besticht durch Erholung und Entspannung. Man muss sich um nichts Gedanken machen, kann direkt auf die Skipiste, ohne irgendwo hinzufahren. Das Essen ist außergewöhnlich gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Wellnessangebot ebenfalls super. Die Hotelgestaltung wirkt sich durch das viele Holz (und den tollen Geruch dadurch) direkt auf das Wohlbefinden aus. Der hohe Preis ist somit ehrlich gesagt absolut gerechtfertigt... ich werde es mir wieder leisten!

Wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt! Der Spa mit vielen ruhigen Ecken und einer tollen Auswahl an verschiedenen Wellness Möglichkeiten war einfach nur super! Zimmer und Ausblick waren ein Traum. In der Umgebung konnte man viel spazieren gehen (u.a. zu einem Wasserfall). Das Essen war wirklich das beste Hotelessen, das wir jemals hatten (regionales und saisonales Essen von höchster Qualität. Zwei Punkte gibt es leider zu bemängeln: - der Poolbereich war leider überhaupt nicht erholsam (hier wurde etliche Male in den Pool gesprungen und die Kinder haben im Erwachsenenpool sehr lautstark gespielt obwohl es auch einen abgetrennten Kinderbereich gibt... fanden wir leider extrem störend da wir auf der Suche nach Entspannung waren und somit waren wir dann nur 1x kurz am Pool) - im Spa Bereich hat eine offene Dusche nach Urin gestunken (nur an einem 1 Tag)... hier sollten die Duschen evtl. öfters überprüft werden

Kinderhotel nur für Familien geeignet.

Ein Kinderhotel mit 80 - 100 Kindern im Haus. Links und rechts schreiende Kleinkinder. Für Familien geeignet, aber für Ruhe suchende Paare ungeeignet. Da hilft auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals nichts. Der Wellnessbereich hilft auch nicht, wenn man Kindergeschrei im Ruheraum hat. Man kann auch im Keller bei der Sauna ruhen, aber das ist dann eben der Keller und man hat keine Aussicht auf die Berge. Wir sind 20 km weiter in das nächste Hotel in Holzbauweise mit Haubenküche.

Toller Service, Super Essen, Traumhafter Ausblick

Am besten gefallen: die Lage, der Blick über die Berge, die Ruhe, totale Entspannung (Sauna, Dampfbad und Co) Frühstück und Abendessen auch sehr sehr gut und mit hoher Qualität! Sehr Familienfreundlich, viele Kinder ( wir als Paar wurden jedoch nicht davon gestört ) Perfekt für Entspannung aber auch für Wanderausflüge, Bikes, und im Winter natürlich Skifahren. Alles in Allem perfekt, wir kommen wieder!
