「The night staff way nicer the the guy in the morning. Our towels had stains on them so I refused to used them and when I checked in online it said nothing bout breakfast so I went to ask and I was met with rudeness. At 7am in Monday morning. Not pleased at all. 」

「We stayed here for 4 nights in March 2026. The location is absolutely fantastic - steps away from beautiful downtown Dunedin. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. We’ve stayed in several places around Dunedin and this was definitely my favourite thus far. Keep up the great work!」

「Great property with beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool. Great staff was super-helpful. Brendan bent over backward to assist us with our inadvertent double booking. Nice room with super view of the water and nearby islands. Heartily recommended! So nice we came back for an additional four nights. Will definitely come back.」
