「Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x」

「Booked a valley castle room w king bed for one night in late Sep. Room was very clean with comfy n up to date decor. Room was big enough and soundproof quality was good. Big garden surrounded hotel n we took a pleasant walk the next day. Should have stayed for one or two nights so as to enjoy swimming pool and other facilities. The historical building was well maintained. Very pleasant stay 」

「My room was in the coach house, just outside tje doors of the main building. It was very clean with just baked biscuits and Tregothnan tea. A gorgeous view of the garden was welcoming on arrival.」

「Straight away, from the outside The Beach looked inviting and the location really was perfect. On checking in, the young lady at the desk was extremely helpful, cheerful and efficient. The room was light, airy and very clean with everything you need at hand. The shower was, without a doubt, the best hotel shower we had ever used, hot for as long as we needed it and fabulous pressure behind it.
