「Cliveden is truly an amazing place to experience! We have stayed here before and this time was even better. Their staff is also absolutely amazing! We had quite a journey getting to England because our original flight to Paris was canceled so we got to Paris later than anticipated and then the trains to England were down because of the heat wave so we couldn't get to London as originally planned either. After over 24 hours of airports and traveling, canceled flights, missing non refundable...

「Very good hotel, staff amicable and very helpful, I intended to drop down luggage in early morning at 9:00but to my surprise they told me I could check in because the room had been ready. Clean and food was good as well.」

「Our second stay at the Lensbury and this time it was so much better! Last time we were in the Ascot part, which seemed dated and run down as well as dirty. The shower over flowed and the drain wasn’t working. This time we were in the main building, in a refurbished room. It was absolutely gorgeous in comparison to last year! The hotel is being renovated so the main restaurant was closed and there was a temporary reception. The grounds are gorgeous, and this year there was an outdoor tv screen...
