El lugar es estupendo si buscas tranquilidad, y una vista perenne de una presa de postal. Fui entre semana, de manera que el silencio, atravesado por los sonidos del viento, fueron una agradable sopresa. El personal con el que tuve contacto fue amable. La actitud de servicio fue notoria. Las noches son serenas, se puede dormir como si uno estuviera en otros tiempos. Detalles: las toallas no son dignas de un hotel de esta categoría. Sí, es un buen sitio; no para todo el mundo (al menos para aquella parte del mundo que está buscando ruido y ambiente de festejo barato).

Instalaciones sin mantenimiento

No fincionaba el wiffi, pedimos la suite ya que queriamos aprovechar el jacuzzi y no funcionaba, prendieron la chimenea y al poco rato se lleno toda la cabaña de humo ya que se tapo la salida y tuvimos que salirnos un buen rato y no pudimos dormir en la habitacion de arriba, toda nuestra ropa mse humeo, la tv no servia bien ya que a falta de internet muchos canales no se veian y los otros mas o menos, y asi varias cosas, por lo que nuestra estancia que queriamos para relajarnos y descansar fué todo lo contrario, el servicio de las personas fue amable , de ellos no tenemos quejas , pero falta mucho mantenimiento , pues al ya estar sumamente desesperados tuvimos que dejar el hotel un dia antes de lo que contratamos, pues preferimos salirnos que seguir en ese estres contante, estamos a la espera de que nos reembolsen el dia que no estuvimos y una compensacion por todo lo mal que la pasamos.

La alberca no esta templada y es muy fria el agua y esta algo sicia, los camastros de madera ya estan muy descuidados y astillasdos, las sillas a la.orilla de la presa tampoco les dan mantenimiento, no te puedes sentar ni en los camastros ni en las sillas tipo playa. Faltan meseros en la terraza de abajo, tienes que ir a buscarlos para que te lleven los que necesitas ya que solo habia uno en el restaurante.

Es un hotel muy lindo, lo escogimos ya que viajamos con niños, por las actividades, en la informacion vienen que tienen caballos y lanchitas de pedales para el lago que esta enfrente, pero que sorpresa cuando preguntamos por ambos y no tenian ninguna de las dos acticidades, creo que esto no se vale y no esta bien ya que los niños tenian mucha ilusion de ello porque eso se les dijo que tendrian para hacer en el lugar. La habitacion para 4 personas dos camas matrimoniales y dos individuales lo que no comentan es que estan en un tapanco las camas individuales que se sube por medio de una escalera marina la cual esta peligrosa para niños chicos y mas si necesitan bajar en la noche...

The staff members were very friendly. The hotel was very clean and quiet, it made feel as if I was on a farm. It was a great experience, I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I go back to Tapalpa
