Not all rooms have A/C. I made the mistake and reserved a simple room. After the first night the front desk was able to change us to a Deluxe room with A/C. The deluxe rooms also have a more comfortable bed. We will stay again next time we come to this city.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the location it’s on the center of the plaza and you can just walk around no need to drive because there’s no parking or parking in the streets are putty hectic.

The affordable prices , Very kind humble recepcionistas And all people that stay there they respect the rules of the Hotel, The Hotel it’s a historical peace of :Zapotlan el Grande that was the old name of the town now The name is : Ciudad Guzmán.!
