"That’s an old motel, the room had a strong cold cigarette smell that was impregnated in the air and in all fabrics, especially the pillows. It’s obviously a place where people go to have parties or worst and do not care about respecting the place. "The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness.
To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again if I come back to Taiwan.
Thank you staff members for your hospitality and kindness.
Sincerely,
Robbie

"Just behind the busy area and close to train station and shopping malls. The room itself needs some renovations and cleanliness could be improved. But given this room rate it is acceptable comparing with other hotels in the area."
"Room is nice with river view. We enjoyed our stay there. Nice walking trail right across the hotel too. Breakfast this time is not as good as the last time we visited Taiwan. After the big tour group finished their breakfast, very little food left. No more new foods coming out. But it's not even close to the end of breakfast."
