Staff had excellent customer service. Property was convenient to Taoyuan airport (about 20 minutes) and breakfast was decent and more than ample. Would stay here again.

everything was outdated. whether it’s a common rooms or inside the rooms, lights flickered a lot. small pillows for kind bed, not what i expected and when i compare to the marriott hotel i stayed at the night before, this was not comparable at all. would not stay at a holiday inn again, staff were really nice just unfortunate they work at this hotel.

Great one-night stay

Perfect hotel for our one night stay. Front desk staff was welcoming and quickly told us everything we needed to know. Room was very clean, and bed was quite comfortable. Coffee and water (both hot and cold) were available in the breakfast area 24 hours a day. Hotel was about a 30+ min drive to TPE airport in morning rush hour traffic. Hotel close to 7-11 and a Domino’s Pizza as well which worked for a quick dinner.

The good news at Holiday Inn Express

The front desk people, Rita and Kyle and two others were excellent. The morning breakfast cooks and the young woman checking your ticket. They were excellent. My room is clean and it was quiet.

Pros - The hotel includes breakfast with good price - Bed was comfortable Cons - The property was okay. It is old building so there was a bit mould in the bathroom. - Staff were friendly and helpful. - Gym area is not a gym area… only two pieces of equipment. - The most painful part is you only can take taxi or Uber to the hotel. Bus is not very convenient.

Comfortable hotel in Taoyuan

Good hotel, location a bit far from stations but buses available. Supermarket in a 10 min walking distance, some restaurants and a mall close by. Wifi good, good size room, amenities, good shower and comfy bed. The floor may need a wet wiping, I realized only when I saw the back of the slipper. Breakfast a bit cramped area. Overall comfortable stay.

Excellent business hotel close to taoyuan airport.

The reception desk can provide good service and answer. The cleanses was excellent. I have a toddler who is sneaky around all the room. So i 've clean all the room by my self first. I found it was clean enough. Baby basin is provided. But there is only one baby cot , due to this hotel is business hotel. So if you need one gotta make a call as soon as possible. But the overall review is excellent.

Everything you would expect at a Holiday Inn, plus great service. Room is small but compensated with free breakfast and the bidet in the bathroom. It also isn't sound proof, both from a traffic sense as well as the door opening/closing & corridor conversations. However it just feels like it's in the middle of no where! Well, situated amongst tyre shops and car mechanics! It's a good 20-30 minute cab ride to the HSR, and 10-20 minute to Taiyuan train station area.

In a very local place. Very friendly and nice stuff. Would recommend to anyone! One thing is that if you need to go to Taipei, the bus is not frequent, and buses have limited seats. Also, it is not allowed to stand on the bus if the bus has no seats left, so you will need to wait until the next one, which can be a 20-30-minute wait. But I had a great experience in Taipei and Taoyuan. Polite and patient people make it a great place to visit!
